Joanne is not only our front of house but also assists Frank with Wills and Enduring powers of Attorney. Whether you attend our office in person or contact us via telephone you will always be greeted with a smile. Joanne’s caring and helpful nature resonates with our clients who continuously praise her professionalism and patience. She goes above and beyond and genuinely enjoys assisting clients, especially during vulnerable and challenging times.

Joanne is courteous, empathetic and cheerful. She has been with our office for more than 22 years and we consider Joanne an integral part of our team. No task is too difficult for Joanne, she is always the first to support the team in any way she can.

Joanne is a proud mother of two young adult children and when she is not in the office she loves watching her bluebaggers (don’t hold it against her), spending time with her family and her fur baby Maddie and venturing into the city for days out with her beloved husband.
