With an avid interest in practice management, Frank Horvat (Principal Solicitor) has assembled a team with an aptitude for delivering legal services across several practice areas, including Conveyancing, Binding Financial Agreements, Wills, Probate, Mortgage Document sign of, purchase and sale of businesses, commercial leases.
We are excited to announce that after almost 45 years as a Sole Practitioner in Glenroy, Frank Horvat has decided to split his practice. Bianca Jakovac, who is Frank Horvat’s daughter, is a Licensed Conveyancer and will acquire the Conveyancing portion of the practice including all Conveyancing, Leasing and Business matters whilst Frank Horvat will continue to act in all other matters including Wills, Power of Attorney, Probate, Binding Financial Agreements and any other non-conveyancing work and will continue to be present in the office. This change will take effect from 1 July 2024. The new name of the Conveyancing business is Frank J. Horvat & Co. Conveyancing whilst the current name of Frank J. Horvat & Co. Pty. for the Law Firm remains unchanged. Our current team and contact details will also remain unchanged and we will continue to operate both businesses from the same office location.
